Time for the exterminator

We like to take care of where we live.  When we find mice, rats, ants, spiders, snakes, bats, wasps, and other assorted creepy crawly things we take action.  We know if the situation is not addressed, the critters will multiply and the problem will get worse.  It will take longer and will be costlier to take care of.  The pests may do some damage that will need to be repaired as well.

So you’re thinking that is obvious.  Who wouldn’t want to take care of where they live and what they have invested their time, money, and effort into?

Now think about the other place you live – your body.

Your body is in danger of the pests of pain and stress all the time.  Stress makes your body work harder and less efficiently.  Simple discomfort can develop into long term pain.

When the signs start showing up, take care of them.  Don’t let the bees build a nest in your neck.  Don’t let stress slink up your spine.

You take care of your dwelling you call home and your possessions.  Make the effort to also take care of your body, your real dwelling.  If your home becomes damaged, you can move to another location.  If you don’t take care of your body, where else are you going to live?

Let massage exterminate the pests so you can enjoy your life.
