Oh my poor neck
it is a wreck.
Just thinking of turning my head
fills me with great dread.
It hurts when I look up
or drink from my cup.
I begin to frown
when I have to look down.
Oh, how I yearn
for a pain free neck turn.
The votes come back “Nay’s”
when asked for a neck raise.
Has a device been built
that will get my neck to tilt?
I can hardly abide
turning my neck to the side.
My neck will not twist

What have I done?
This is no fun.
