There are a lot of things you can do in an hour. You could do some work for your job, some work around the house, some exercise or recreation. The list goes on and on.
How many of those leave you feeling great?
There are some things we need to do, and we feel better getting them out of the way.
Other things we do by choice and feel good about them. Spending time with family and friends, spending time outdoors, playing, all leave us better off. I often think afterwards why I don’t do some of these things more often since I enjoy them so much.
Make massage a regular part of your life also.
Just think, in only an hour, your stress levels could drop dramatically. That neck or back pain you’ve just been living with can be evicted. I’ve have people go out feeling ready to take on whatever comes at them next and knowing they would be able to handle it.
Come in and leave your troubles behind. Everything will seem better without the extra stress.
Come in and get the kinks out of your muscles. If it’s been a while since your body has felt really good, it’s really refreshing.
Regular massage can be one of the great parts of your life. I imagine you can find an hour in your month you can fit it in. At the beginning of the month, give yourself a reminder that you want to feel great, and make the time to do it.
60 minutes is all it takes.
